Most orders are typically shipped out within 1 to 3 business days, while made-to-order items will vary. Our standard shipping method for domestic and international destinations is USPS First Class Mail. We also offer shipping upgrades at extra cost.

We are not responsible for undeliverable/misdelivered packages if the buyer entered an incorrect shipping address. We do not offer refunds in this case. Buyer has the option to have the order re-sent at extra cost.

Estimated delivery times (for First Class Mail):

  • North America: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 7–15 business days

We'll do our absolute best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them. We ARE only human...we think. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We go to great lengths to ensure the quality and accuracy of the merchandise. If you feel that the item you received is grossly misrepresented, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags still attached and artwork kept in cellophane sleeves.

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
