Shipping

All items (except custom orders) are shipped within 1 to 3 business days through United States Postal Service.
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 7-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-15 business days
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

We go to great lengths to ensure the quality and accuracy of the merchandise. If you feel that the item you received is grossly misrepresented, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags still attached and artwork kept in cellophane sleeves.

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
